These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of NoveHause’s online store and purchases from NoveHause. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms together with the shipping, return, and privacy information made available on our website.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. If you create an account, protect your login information and notify us of unauthorized use.

You may not use the store for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the store’s operation.

Products and compatibility

NoveHause offers products from third-party brands and suppliers. Some orders are fulfilled directly by those suppliers. Review the selected variant, dimensions, specifications, compatibility, and any installation or safety requirements before ordering. Product images may show different variants or optional accessories; the product description and your selected variant identify what is included. Colors can appear different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not automatically change the price of an existing order. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, there is a material pricing or listing error, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund for the canceled items and any associated refundable charges. We may decline orders involving suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

Shipping and cancellations

Shipping availability, charges, and any estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and the information shown for your order. Orders may arrive in separate shipments. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address change. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but fulfillment may already have started. Your legal rights relating to delayed or unfulfilled orders remain unaffected.

Returns, problems, and warranties

Please review the return information provided before purchase. Contact superiorja@yahoo.com with your order number for return requests, damaged or incorrect items, or other order problems. Obtain return instructions before sending an item, because the correct return destination may differ by supplier. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer’s stated terms and is separate from rights available under applicable law. No provision in these terms excludes consumer rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may contact you about your order or support request using the details you provide. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Website content and third-party services

Store content, brand names, images, and other materials belong to NoveHause or their respective rights holders. Use of the store does not grant ownership of these materials. Third-party websites or services linked from the store have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using them.

Errors and website availability

We work to keep product and store information accurate, but errors or service interruptions can occur. We may correct inaccurate information and will contact affected customers when a correction materially affects an order. Corrections do not remove our obligations for paid orders or remedies required by law.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. Updates apply prospectively and do not reduce rights or change agreed terms for orders already placed without your agreement. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase take precedence over conflicting wording in these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
